General Procedure
NNMGC Thursday tee times are between 10:04am and 2:28pm. All tee times are booked online using the automated tee time system. Go to the Quick Links section on the website and click on Book/View Thursday Tee Times and enter the password. Tee times can be booked starting at 05:00am each Friday for the following 2 weeks.

Regular & Senior Members may reserve a tee time for themselves and up to 3 additional members. However, in consideration of your fellow members, please do not sign up a player unless you are sure that he will be able to play.

Matches
NMGC allows members to pre-schedule their matches using the online tee time system. Tee times can be made starting Friday at 05:00am for the following 2 weeks.

Pre-Assigned Tee Times
The first tee time of each day is pre-assigned to members who have volunteered to assist the Men's Club in managing the event flags and getting them to the appropriate holes. There are no other pre-assigned tee times.

What if I can not make a Tee Time that I had previously scheduled?
If you have arranged an upcoming tee time and realize that you will not be able to make it, please go into the online tee time system and delete your name from the tee time. Changes can be made up to 9:00am on the day of play. If a change is necessary after 9:00am, please call the golf course at 262-367-2153. The day's online tee times are locked at 9:00am on the day of play.

Check-In
Members with scheduled tee times must check in at the clubhouse at least 16 minutes prior to your assigned tee time. If you do not check in with the clubhouse, your assigned tee time will be awarded to a member who is ready to play and you will have to wait for the next available tee time. Members who do not have a scheduled tee time should check in at the clubhouse when they arrive at the course to obtain an open spot for that day.

Executive Members
Executive Members must pay the daily green fee each Thursday that they play and must show the paid receipt to the starter when they check in.

Fivesomes
No five-somes are allowed during Thursday play prior to the 1:04pm tee time. Five-somes are allowed on the day of play following the 12:56pm tee time at the golf course based on availability. Five-somes cannot be pre-scheduled.

Guest Policy
Members can bring a guest to join them during Thursday golf. Two guest tee times are available each week. Members can make a guest tee time by selecting Guest1 or Guest2 from the dropdown menu when making your tee time on the tee sheet on the website. Guests are required to pay the appropriate green fee and any cart fee.
