At 6:00pm, President, Mike Rapp, called the meeting to order. It is hard to believe that the golf season is completed. It went by very quickly. Let’s try to get through this meeting so all can watch the football game.

Calendar/Communications/Website, JB McEnaney, Secretary: Jeff Crucius has done a great job with the weekly email. The email is well thought out and fun to read. Nice job Jeff. It is very important for any member who changes their email during the year to let the Secretary know so the database can be updated.

Treasurer’s report, Mike Rapp on behalf of Jake Schwei: Weekly participation rate exceeded plan plus costs for golf and food/beverage were higher than expected. It has put pressure on the annual budget. There will be no pizza and drink tickets will be used for burgers and beer. The budget plan was based on an average 82% participation and in 2025, the participation rate ran close to 90%. This has put strains on the budget. Final numbers are needed to determine the final banquet cost to members/guests. There will also likely be an increase in 2026 fees.

Hallapalooza update, Tom Halla: It will be held September 18 with tee times starting at 10:04am. Use the Mens Club website to make your tee time. It will be a 2-Man event with lots of prizes.

Vice President report, Jim Nejedlo: Banquet will offer beef, chicken, fish and veggie options. Registration to open soon. Pace of Play was good. Adding a starter time at 11:24am provided much relief. Probably use in 2026. Target is 4:10 for first hour, 4:20 for second hour and 4:30 for rest of the day.

Membership, Matt Simmons: There are 9 on leave for the 2025 season. They will all be invited back for the 2026 golf season. Target for 2026 is 140 members. If you know someone that is interested, please have them go to the website to register.

Competition/2025 Tournaments, Ron Stortz: All tournaments are complete. Everyone did as great job paying attention to play-by dates. All awards to be presented at the Banquet.

Election of 2026 Officers, Frank Schmanski: Nominations are Mike Rapp, President; Jim Nejedlo, Vice President, Joe Van Beck, Treasurer; JB McEnaney, Secretary. All 4 elected by show of hands.

Outings, John L Krueger: Ryder Cup is the September Outing this year. 1st, Dee Katali/Frank Romaine; 2nd, Jay Cavaiani/John Krueger; 3rd, Tom Halla/Beau Mitcham; 4th, George Jelick/Steve Miller; 5th, Adamski brothers, Dan/Dale. Outings for 2026 will be the same except for September as it is not a Ryder Cup year. 2026 September outing to be announced. New for 2026 will be the 36-Hole Stroke Play will use 80% handicap plus recognize the gross stroke play winners.

New Business:
1) Change to using one best ball of two for 2-Man tourney.
